Sick house syndrome, which causes headaches and dizziness due to formaldehyde and other substances emitted into indoor spaces, has become a major social problem as airtight houses become denser. We have been researching formaldehyde catcher agent for construction materials since July 1, 2003, before the enforcement of “laws and regulations concerning sick house countermeasures”, based on our experience of developing formaldehyde removal agent for fibers since our establishment. In order to use formaldehyde-emitting construction materials as interior construction materials without restrictions, they must be F☆☆☆☆ compliant.

Our formaldehyde catcher agent was developed for the purpose of complying with F☆☆☆☆ when applied to construction materials. Furthermore, formaldehyde is used in various fields other than construction materials. We develop catcher agent that suits not only construction materials but also paints and various resin applications and also acetaldehyde.
