With the wave of globalization and the world’s standard product development, every industry is now facing a time of great change and transformation due to rapid changes in industrial structure and technological innovation. We, Mikiriken, regard this time as the second founding period. We believe that it is time to return to our origins as a manufacturer, examine various issues, and take the necessary steps to reform our company.
First and foremost, we are committed to putting the customer first, responding quickly to customer needs, and promoting timely proposals more than ever before. Secondly, as a company, we would like to work positively on environmental issues and do our best to contribute to the industry, local community, and the global environment in any way we can.
Thirdly, all employees are always working as a team to create a clean, neat, and safe workplace, actively working to improve the skills of employees, and creating a fair and cheerful society where suggestions and opinions can be freely expressed. Mikiriken Industrial Co., Ltd was certified as an excellent health management corporation. This system honors large companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and other corporations that are practicing particularly good health management, based on their efforts to local health issues and the health promotion efforts promoted by the Japan Health Council. It was established with the goal of creating an environment in which a company can be socially evaluated by employees, job seekers, related companies, financial institutions, and others as a company that considers employee health management from a management perspective and makes strategic efforts.

This certification is said to be the most stringent standard in the world, and with that certification, we can demonstrate the world’s highest level of consumer safety, minimal impact on workers and the environment, and conservation of resources.
